db200 is an anti-microbial additive for 2 pack coatings. It can be easily mixed into a wide variety of decorative coating systems and used particularly on floors and walls, especially high traffic areas.Once mixed into the coating, the application and performance properties of the coating are unaffected, but bactericidal activity can be achieved. One 50ml bottle is sufficient to activate and protect 5 litres of paint.The activated coating gains anti-microbial properties to defend against cross contamination and the development of bacteria, odours, and stains, also the common problems of fungi like mould and mildew.Because the db200 forms and integral part of the paint, the anti-microbial properties last for the practical life of the coating. This additive will mix with water based or solvent products and is non toxic when applied.
