Application:

For interior and exterior protection of cementious grouts and absorbent tiles, such as unglazed ceramic tiles, quarry tiles and natural stones.

Eases cleaning in areas exposed to dirt and soil, such as entrance halls, kitchens, bath rooms, stair ways, and terraces.

Surface preparation:

The surface should be dry, clean and free from dust, grease and laitance.

Note:
Always carry out a test on a limited, less visible area prior to use.
Protect surfaces not resistant to solvents from stains and splashes.
Glazed surfaces cannot be impregnated.

Cleaning:

Shake the bottle well before use and spray on Alfix Tile- and Joint Sealer evenly.
Keep a distance of app. 15 - 20 cm to subject.
Ensure proper ventilation.

On non absorbent/glazed surfaces, wipe up any residues or puddles of excess sealer with cloth immediately after application.

Dried up sealer is dissolvable by reapplication of the product.

Drying time: 2 hours at +20°C
